Shipping
Orders placed on the website www.laurynelz.com are processed from Monday to Friday.
The products will be shipped to the delivery address you indicated during the ordering process. The Lauryn Elz cannot be held responsible for possible data entry errors and their consequences in terms of delays or delivery errors. In this context, you will be responsible for all costs incurred for the return of the goods.
Deliveries in France are made within 48 to 72 hours, excluding Sundays and holidays, from the date of receipt of the “order shipped” confirmation email. We invite you to follow the progress of your delivery.
Shipping fee in France is 5 euros and free for order starting at 200 euros
For deliveries abroad, shipping fee is 17-21 euros in Europe and 45 Euros for America
In case of absence at the time of the passage of the conveyor, your parcel will be deposited in a point relay near your address of delivery. Unclaimed packages will be returned to the sender.
Lauryn Elz brand declines all responsibility for delays in delivery caused by the absence of the recipient of the parcel or in the event of failure to collect the parcel within the time limit set for this purpose.
Lauryn Elz brand cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery due to errors or disturbances attributable to the carriers.
Regarding delivery problems, any defect or delay in delivery exceeding eight working days must be reported to Lauryn Elz’s customer service department as soon as possible by e-mail to info@laurynelz.com
Returns and Refunds
Not pleased with the items purchased? Not a problem. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have the possibility to return the items within 14 days following the date of receipt of the order to the following address:

We accept to take back the new articles, not used and accompanied by the original labels. We invite you to keep the shipping packaging.
We remind you that the return of your article is at your expense and that no return can be accepted without having contacted the Lauryn Elz team beforehand by indicating Subject – Lauryn Elz Return at the following email address: info@laurynelz.com
Return will be refunded to the original method of payment. Please bear in mind it can take up to 15 days for refund money to be refunded back into your bank account.
